BANK STAFF CHANGES
Mr F. L. Davis, manager of the Armagh Street branch of the Australia and New Zealand Bank, has been appointed manager of the Rotorua branch, succeeding Mr G. G. Porter, who will retire early next month. Mr Davis’s successor at the Armagh Street branch will be Mr J. C. Smyth, manager of the Porirua branch.
Mr A. T. L. Maitland, senior research officer in the economic and statistical department at the bank’s head office in Wellington, has been appointed New Zealand economist for the bank, succeeding Mr W. H. Brown, who has been appointed senior economist at the general manager’s office in Melbourne.
