WELLINGTON LIFEBOAT
Funds To Be Sought (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 18. A national appeal will be launched almost immediately for funds to buy a large, fast sea-rescue vessel to operate in Wellington Harbour and the Cook Strait area. The appeal, which is being organised by the Wellington Lifeboat Institution, will be called the Wahine memorial lifeboat appeal. A Lower Hutt businessman, now in London, is examining plans 6f the latest rescue craft
