FLAG FOR RHODESIA

The Government has proposed a new flag for Rhodesia—without the old Union Jack. A representation of the new flag—green and white stripes —and a bill recommending its adoption by Parliament was published in the official Government Gazette.
The flag has triple vertical stripes, green on the outside with the Rhodesian coat of arms on a centre white stripe.
