The six week tendering period is expected to begin about the end of this month. The project is at complex of buildings with a gross floor area of approximately 91,000 sq. ft and comprises a Town Hall Auditorium, seating 2900; a Theatre/Concert Chamber, seating 800; Banquet Room, seating 500; and Entrance Foyers, Resturant, Meeting Rooms, Kitchen Block, etc. t The construction is principally insitu concrete, with pre-cast concrete floors and roof decking, and exposed aggregate wall panels. Main roofs hove steel trusses. The estimated cost of the project is over Two Million Dollars and time for completion of the work is three years. A bond of a quarter of a million dollars will be required.
