Hockey Clubs Pay Fees
The three Christchurch [ hockey clubs—High School [ Old Boys. Sydenham and Easti ern Suburbs—threatened with [ suspension unless they paid [ the final instalment of their i annual fees by Thursday, will be able to play today. The clubs had to pay their dues in full to the Canterbury Hockey Association by July 31 but failed to do so. “The payments were made by mid-day on Thursday,” the association's secretary (Mr J McGlinchy) said yesterday. High School Old Boys and Sydenham are senior clubs and Eastern Suburbs play in the senior reserve grade.
