The Criminal Trespass Bill was introduced when Parliament resumed yesterday morning. It was given a pro forma second reading, and was referred to the Statutes Revision Committee. After Ministers had answered 17 questions the House debated the return of the Broadcasting Authority Bill and the Post Office Amendment (No. 2) Bill from the Statutes Revision Committee. Both were set down for committal. A White Paper on proposed amendments to the articles of agreement of the International Monetary Fund was tabled by the Minister of Finance (Mr Muldoon). The Address-in-Reply debate was then completed, 66 members having spoken. The House rose at 3.53 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday.
