Kosygin Opposes Frontier Changes

STOCKHOLM, July 12.

The Soviet Prime Minister (Mr Kosygin) has equated any demands by West Germaity for changes in the frontiers of Europe with demands for a third world war.

Speaking at a dinner given by the Swedish Government at the end of the first day of his brief official visit, Mr Kosygin said: “The main reason for the tension in Europe is the demand from the revanchist military circles in the German Federal Republic for a change in the post-war frontiers.”
