Press Assn.—Copyright) MELBOURNE, July 10. Broken Hill South, Ltd, will make its first share issue in seven years. Details of the issue would be announced soon, directors said in a brief statement to the Melbourne Stock Exchange. The chairman (Sir Lindesay Clark) who is also chairman of the Western Mining group, said a large proportion of the money raised would be used to bring forward the company's Queensland phosphate project.
