YOUTH DIES
Unconscious 19 Days A 19-year-old youth who was seriously injured In a collision between two cars in Pages Road, near Breezes Road, on June 19, died in the Christchurch Hospital last evening. He was Murray Shankland, of 3 Hooker Avenue, Bryndwr. Mr Shankland did not regain consciousness after the’ accident . Another youth hurt In the accident, Allan Frederick Sykes, aged 19, of 80 Tedder Avenue, is still unconscious in tiie hospital. He is on the seriously ill list, and his condition last evening was reported to be poor.
