Petition For Divorce
The bearing of a defended divorce petition before Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court yesterday was adjourned to today. Mr P. H. T. Alpers is appearing for Joy May Williams, a married woman, of Christchurch, the petitioner. Mr B. J. Drake is - appearing for Lloyd Gordon Williams, a motor-vehicle dealer of Christchurch, the respondent. Mr R. L. Kerr is appearing for the co-respondent, whose name has been suppressed in the interim. The ground of the action is adultery.
