Pop Success
Another major success seems in store for the New Zealand pop singer, John Rowles.'whose first record released in England. “If I Only Had Time,” reached second place on the sales charts and sold more than 250.000 copies. His new release, “Hush, Not a Word to Mary,” has been out only a few weeks but has reached twenty-second place in the top 30 pop records. If, as seems certain, it goes near the top, John Rowles will have become solidly established as a pop star—a remarkable achievement with only two releases, in less than eight months.
