U.E.B. shareholders who oppose the proposal to increase the preference dividend rate and wish to take advantage of Mr Gault’s offer to represent them at the annua] meeting on Friday must send their proxies to reach the company not later than 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10. These proxies should appoint Thomas Munro Gault. Box 949, Wellington. Shareholders may also write to Mr Gault telling him that they have appointed him and stating the number of shares they hold.
