Lister Shares Third Place
(N Z Press Assn —Copi/riffhf» BRISBANE. J. Lister, one of five New Zealand representatives in the City of Rockhampton Open golf championship, shared third place with a 141 for the 36 holes. The event was won by a Toowoomba professional, J. Donald, with 139. Donald had a first round of 69. Lister took 72 for the first 18, but then equalled Donald’s 69. His effort was two under par for the course. New Zealand’s next best was W. Godfrey, 72, 70—142 (shared fourth place), followed by T. Kendall. 74, 72 — 146: B. Boys, 75, 74—149: and R. McDonald, 72, 78—150.
