VACANCIES—PROFESSIONAL NORTH CANTERBURY HOSPITAL BOARD CHRISTCHURCH PHYSICIAN-IN-CHARGE OF PHYSICAL MEDICINE APPLICATIONS closing with the Secretary, NORTH CANTERBURY HOSPITAL BOARD, Private Bag, Christchurch, at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 1968, are invited for the new whole-time position -of PHYSICIAN-IN-CHARGE OF PHYSICAL MEDICINE. This appointment is the initial step in the establishment of a Department of Physical Medicine in the Board's planned co-ordination of its Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation ser vices. Applicants should be appropriately qualified and experienced in the field of physical medicine, should ideally possess a post-graduate qualification in medicine and also a Diploma of Physical Medicine. Applicants should qualify as Specialists under the Hospital Employment (Medical Officers’) Regulations. SALARY, according to qualifi cations and experience, within the scale $6OOO/8100.
