Welcome For Japanese
The touring Japanese Rugby team, which will play 10 matches in New Zealand, will be welcomed by the president of the Rugby Union (Mr R. Mace) when it arrives at Harewood Airport on Thursday afternoon. The Japanese will play against the University clubs, New Zealand Universities, provincial unions, and the New Zealand Juniors. A former All Black, Mr W. H. Clark, will act as liaison officer for the Japanese.
