Salomon, Rhodesia’s No. 2, scored his country’s only victory when he beat B. E Fairlie, 7-5, 1-6, 64, 6-2, yesterday in a match carried over from Sunday. J. Brown (Aust.) yesterday beat R. Stilwell, 8-6, 6-3, 1-6, 64. In the final singles, Fairlie beat A. Bey, 8-6, 6-2, 7-5. The Australia-New Zealand pair then beat Bey and Salomon, 6-3, 6-2, 9-7.
