SOLICITOR CONSULTED
The Christchurch Civil Defence group controller (Mr J. F. Moffat) has consulted a solicitor on statements made during the controversy over his actions during last week’s flooding. Mr Moffat said that in view of this he would be making no public statement on the matter.
