Lines Reopened
All railway lines in Can terbury and Westland were now open, although there were speed restrictions in some places because of washouts. the Railwav Department renorted yesterday. The line between Stillwater and Westport, which had been blocked for several days bv wash-outs was reopened late on Tuesday.
