GOALBY REFUSES GOLF PLAY-OFF

Goalby was not, so a proposed 18-hole "playoff” between the United States Masters champion and the runner-up haa fallen through, United Press International re- q ( ported. The match would have been worth SUS2O.OOO to the winner and SUSIS.OOO for the loser. Mr J.
