Superspan Rewarded

Superspan, which had looked unlucky not to win a race earlier at the meeting, was too good for milers in the Fiord Handicap, the first leg of the T.A.B. double on the third day of the Riverton Racing Club’s meeting yesterday. .Red Copy won the second leg and completed a TA.B double worth $31.50. Superspan moved up at the turn and took over early in the run home. He needed this break as Court Belle, last at the three finished with a whirlwind run to get up for second, only a neck back.

Willypay, always bandy, was a fair third, ahead of Urban, which looked a winner at the furlong, Double Fair and Palisade, which was running on a little E. J.
