Newcomers To Rose Bowl

WELLINGTON. Two newcomers have been named and the experienced J. E. Meikle omitted from the Wellington Freyberg Rose Bowl golf team to play at New Plymouth next month. The newcomers are P. Young, the former Otago golfer, and J. Sharp. The team, in playing order, is: J. D. Durry, I. D. Woodbury, J. M. Lacy, Young, Sharp. For the match against Canterbury in Wellington on May 5, J. S. Smith, G. Moellerz and M. Brown will join the team. Smith is the Freyberg team reserve.
