Skelton’s 100th winner for the season was Dalvui in the George Adams Handicap at Riccarton yesterday. Less than an hour later he took his tally to 101 by winning the Merivale Handicap on Jay Ribbon. James Arthur and Chilli Bean, Skelton's mounts in the two remaining races on the programme, both ran second.
