Townswomen’s Meeting
Mrs E. E. Piper presided at the annual meeting of the Beckenham Townswomen’s Guild. The Dominion president (Mrs C. G. Crawford) congratulated the officers on their reports. The Lester Cup for the most points during the year was won by Mrs L. W. Miller. Officers elected:—President, Mrs E. E. Piper; secretary, Mrs L. W. Miller; treasurer, Mrs J. M. Steinmetz; commute, Mesdames C. J. Allsop, A. M. Fraser, W. A. Grieve, R. W. Hart, F. H. Heal, R. F. Jury, K. Mann, W. Mann, A. J. Milne, C. A. Rintoul, M. J. Ross, A. Thomson, Miss F. M. Honey.
