NEW PLAYER FOR CITY
Christchurch City, winner of the Canterbury club soccer championship for the last four years, has signed a former Hamilton United player, K. Whitehead. He plays at fullback or wing-half. Whitehead is a personal friend of the City and Canterbury centre-forward, R. Taylor. They played for the same club in the North of England.
