(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, February 6. The annual butter quota negotiations between New Zealand and Britain, which began last Thursday, were going “reasonably well,” sources said yesterday. The atmosphere was "reasonably good.” It was expected that a decision might be reached early next week, but if British officials had to report to their Ministers this could lengthen proceedings.
