Delegation On Trade
A delegation from the Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association will today meet the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) and the Deputy Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) in Wellington. Export incentives and import licensing will be discussed.
The Canterbury delegation will comprise the association’s president (Mr A. S. Farrar), a past president of the New Zealand Manufacturers’ Federation, Mr J. S. Maddren, vice-presidents of the association, Messrs J. D. Bull and E. P. Chapman, and the association’s director, Mr R. T. Alston.
