PROMISING SPRINTERS
Toe H has three Of the most promising young sprinters in Canterbury, if times achieved at its dub championships recently were any indication. R. Jones won the junior 100 yards title in lOsec, M. Chapman was second in the same time, and 16-year-old G. Bailey was third in lO.lsec. Jones later finished first equal with K. Simpson in the senior 100 yards. His time was lO.lsec. There was a slight following wind in both races.
