House Sold
A two-bedroomed house on a 20 perch section at 2 Dudley Street, Lyttelton, which was passed in at a public auction recently, was sold immediately after the auction for an undisclosed figure. The property was passed in at $4350, and the Government valuation is $4lOO.
The house has a large lounge, diningroom, kitchen, large sunroom and basement bedroom as well as the other two bedrooms. The property was auctioned by Mr F. I. Sutton on account of the estate of the late Mr E. E. Meikle.
