REFUGEES FLEE FROM SAIGON AREA.—Vietnamese refugees running past a United States armoured carrier during fighting in Saigon. They were fleeing from the suburb of Phu Tho Hoa, in northern Saigon, which was overrun by Viet Cong guerrilla forces. The suburb was recaptured later by United States and South Vietnamese troops, supported by armoured vehicles.
