DUNEDIN, Feb. 4.
A bride of six weeks was the second young married woman to die after being injured in a motor accident in Dunedin at the week-end. She was
Gail Joy Patterson, aged 19, of 34 Calder Avenue, NorthEast Valley.
Mrs Patterson was a passenger in a car driven by her husband when it struck a power pole in Brockville Road, near Ettrick Street, about 2.15 a.m. today. She was taken to hospital, but died at 5 p.m. today.
Her husband, Garry Frank Patterson, aged 23, was admitted to hospital but was discharged this afternoon. Another passenger in the car was not injured.
