OLYMPIC PROSPECT.—The Australian athlete, R. Doubell, brought himself into consideration for an Olympic title when he convincingly won the 1000 metres race at the Knights of Colombus athletic meeting at Boston recently. Doubell ran the 1000 metres in 2min 7.7 sec, the fastest time in the history of the race.
