Hem At Knee
(N.t. Press Assn.—Copyright) PARIS.. Jan. 24. Pierre Balmain yesterday made the first serious attempt in Paris to drop the hemline and to kill the mini-skirt. Balmain put the skirt back to the knee, from where it rose a few seasons ago.
