BEER BACK ON ROAD
(N.Z Frew Asiociation) AUCKLAND, Jan. 16. Fifty-six brewery tanker and truck drivers for Dominion Breweries, Ltd, resumed deliveries to Auckland hotels this morning. They stopped work yesterday afternoon because of the dismissal of a driver on Friday night after an incident on the Waiheke “beer barge” run. The man was reinstated after talks between the company and the Northern Drivers’ Union.
