Flu Epidemic In England
(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 27. With wards swamped with the victims of what seemed to be a new strain of influenza, London hospitals were warned yesterday to admit emergency cases only. Bronchitis sufferers were hardest hit by the virus. The epidemic is confined to London and south-eastern England.
