UNLAWFULLY IN SHIP
Three men who pleaded guilty to a charge of being found unlawfully aboard the Greek motor vessel Kabalaris in the early hours of yesterday morning, were each fined SlO when they appeared before Messrs L. J. Shuker and R. H. Duff, Justices of the Peace, in the Magistrate’s Court, Lyttelton, yesterday. They are Henry Ernest Barker, aged 25, a shoemaker, l Peter George Fuller, aged 21, I a market gardener, and Rayjmond Anthony Hall, aged 26, i a welder. x
