Charged With Firing Shots
(N Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 27. Brian Robert Parker, aged 22, a bricklayer’s, labourer who was charged yesterday, with driving while disqualified in Takapuna on December 22 today faced a further charge involving the firing of shots. He was remanded on bail by Mr M. L. Morgan S.M., until January 4. Counsel, Mr M. D. Robinson, said not guilty pleas would be entered to the first charge and also to the charge of without reasonable cause discharging a .22 rifle in a manner likely to endanger the safety of persons.
