POST OFFICE MINIATURE RAILWAY.—At an exhibition held to mark the fortieth anniversary of the Post Office railway which runs under the streets of London, visitors were allowed to ride on the miniature electric trains which carry 40,000 mailbags daily. The Postmaster-General (Mr E. Short) is shown sitting in the train before it left Mount Pleasant sorting office for the London Chief Office in King Edward Street.
