From “The Press’' of Monday, January 5, 1925 . . .
UNBROKEN WINNING RECORD. ENGLAND BEATEN BY SIX POINTS. A REGRETTABLE INCIDENT. Th. AH Blacks concluded their tour of the British Isles on Saturday by defeating England by 17 points to 11, thus setting the seal on their fame by coming through the programme of 28 matches with an unbeaten record. Their victory was all the more meritorious because it was gained under the handicap of playing a man short, an unfortunate incident at the start resulting in Cyril Brownlie being ordered off.
