Trainer May Win Double

"The Press” Special Service DUNEDIN. Sailor’s Flight and Castle Flight will give the Wingatui trainer, D. G. O’Neill, a strong chance of winning the Beaumont Racing Club’s T.A.B. double today. Sailor’s Flight which has proved her ability on the Beaumont track previously, is picked in the first leg, the W. B. Naylor Handicap. More recently Sailor’s Flight was an impressive sprint winner at the Gore Racing Club’s spring meeting. Castle Gregory, the Caltex Handicap winner at Invercargill last week, 'and Mighty Peak appeal most of the others.

Castle Flight is a capable sprinter-miler which has been working with dash in his recent track trials when wearing a hood. Permission has

been granted for a hood to be used today. Most opposition for Castle Flight could come from Tarcass which made an encouraging fresh start with a close fourth at Invercargill a fortnight ago. The weather has been fine and the track is in gpod order.
