FLYING TO RANGOON

WELLINGTON, Dec. 1
The Minister of Education (Mr Kinsella) will leave Wellington by air tomorrow to represent New Zealand at the Colombo Plan Ministerial meeting which opens in Rangoon, Burma, next week.
He will return to New Zealand on December 16.
The meeting will consider Colombo Plan aid to be administered in the next year, and ways and means of improving and enlarging the Colombo Plan scheme.
