NEW CARGO FREIGHTER

AUCKLAND, Dec. 1
A New Zealand marine crew will fly to Hong Kong on Sunday to take delivery of toe Northern Steam Ship Company’s new roll-on, roll-off freighter Seaway Princess. The ship has just completed her sea trials, during which she exceeded her contract speed, attaining 13J knots. Her first master will be Captain A. H. Leyland. Expected to be in New Zealand before Christmas, the Seaway Princess will make her first cargo run from Auckland on January 9.
