Divorce Action Contested
The hearing of a contested petition for divorce—ln which the petitioner’s evidence was given, at certain stages, through an interpreter—began before Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday, and will continue today. The petitioner is Milica Perkovic (Mr M. F. Hobbs) who seeks divorce from her husband, Milorad Perkovic, a painter and paperhanger (Mr J. R. Milligan) on the ground of his adultery on July 8, and naming Jan Graham, a spinster (Mr J. G. Leggat) co-respondent. The adultery—which is denied—is alleged to have occurred at a house in Burlington Street, Sydenham.
