Racing Ban In U.K.
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, November 29. All horse racing in Britain has been cancelled until further notice. The request came from the Ministry of Agriculture because of the foot-and-mouth epidemic sweeping the country. The stewards of the National Hunt Committee cancelled all racing under National Hunt rules from today.
