The 14 Grumman Tracker anti-submarine aircraft were delivered to the Fleet Air Arm during a two-month cruise to the United States and Canada. The Melbourne also took delivery of 10 Skyhawk jet fighterbombers, which were unloaded at Jervis Bay.
