Wool Rate Discussed
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 28. The freight rate on wool for northern Europe, the Mediterranean and Britain was discussed when representatives of the wool shippers and the New Zealand European Shipping Association met in Wellington today. A sub-committee representing the parties to the agreement for the carriage of wool was appointed to study and further discuss a proposed 8.5 per cent freight rate increase by the Continental and British shipping companies.
