Leaders Easier, Market Steady
The market was virtually steady on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday. In the New Zealand list rises just shaded falls, but overseas shares lost ground. On balance leaders .were easier.
Trading was active over a very wide range. Movements were mainly narrow. The largest changes were
the falls in the overseas list by C. S. R., 20c lower at 455 c, and W. R. Carpenter, 7c down to 208 c.
