<N.Z. Pres, Association) TIMARU, Nov. 17. The South Canterbury Catchment Board has been warned by the Weather Office that a quick change to a warm westerly is possible. This brings the danger of flooding after a quick thaw. Catchment board officials expect that the runoff will be rapid If the warm weather hits in a hurry, but are as yet unable to pinpoint any likely danger area.
