EXPERIENCE: A person in the 25 to 35 age group is required, who has had considerable experience in the design, specification, and installation of industrial plant and equipment RESPONSIBILITIES: The appointee would be responsible to the New Zealand Engineering Services Manager for the planning of new projects, the co-ordination of building erection, factory services, and plant installation. Also, in association with Work Study staff, to investigate and design improvements in present manufacturing processess and techniques. POSITION: The position is a senior one in the Head Office, at Penrose, Auckland, of a group of companies manufacturing glass, fibreglass, plastics, Laminex, flexible packaging, and paper conversion to corrugated boards, cartons, and containers. Work is thus varied and demanding, calling for both analytical and inventive ability. Practical experience is necessary in industrial design and installation. The ability to co-operate with staff is required as well as the drive and intiative to ensure that projects undertaken are successfully completed. DUTIES: Lecturer in Anatomy at Fiji School of Medicine. The duties comprise the teaching of anatomy, both practical and theoretical, to medical and dental students. The appointee will also be required to give anatomy lectures to student nurses and students in ancillary courses such as Physiotherapy and Radiography. SALARY: In the scale £F1350-£F2511.
