Fashions In Wool

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 17. The New Zealand Wool Board yesterday sent 15 typical New Zealand woollen women’s fashion garments to London for inclusion in a charity fashion parade to be held on December 4. The show will be under the patronage of Princess Margaret and is expected to gain wide publicity for fashion wear from Commonwealth countries. A Wool Board fashion expert said that the selection included day, cocktail, and evening wear, and coats, suits, and knitwear. It came from four New Zealand firms. The Department of industries and Commerce is also assembling a collection of New Zealand fashion wear for the London show.
