TOO MUCH TRAVEL
(N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA, Nov. 6. New Zealanders travel far too much, according to the Minister of Finance (Mr Muldoon), who told members of the New Zealand Textile and Garment Manufacturers’ Federation at Wairakei that they were among the worst offenders. Mr Muldoon made his comments when referring to the need for steadying of New Zealand’s “invisibles”—things such as the payments for freight, travel and insurance “We’re terrible travellers," he told the manufacturers. “We travel far too much considering our income.”
